I'm afraid my sources of very cheap messages are running a bit dry at the moment. There seems to be an attempt by network operators to push up the price of messaging to discourage bulk operators. I've got a couple of possible routes which I am investigating, but until than I'm afraid the cost of messages is going to have to go up.
With the exception of Austria and Germany (which both remain fixed at 6.0 pence per message), the cost of messages will now be set at 4.0 pence for all destinations.
