At some point yesterday evening the email-to-SMS service stopped functioning and I was only made aware of the problem this morning. After much searching the problem was found to be rather obscure, but is now fixed. The problem was due to a log file going over a limit of 51M which seemingly causes procmail to stop working with no trace of a reason. As soon as the log file was removed, things started working again.
