Christmas period support: vgsmail support will be unavailable on the 25th December and then again from 31st December to 5th January. During those times, credits might take longer to be applied to your accounts and faults might take a bit longer to fix. Having said that, I am very confident that we will have an incident-free period as the new server has been very reliable and robust over the last couple of weeks. Happy Christmas everyone!
