I have had a couple of issues with numbers ported from Orange UK to one of the other UK networks. There is now a route which appears to work for such numbers, but as I have no way of detecting them automatically I have to set the routing tables manually. If you wish to message someone on a ported number, please email support@vgsmail.com and I will set up the routing table appropriately.
