Dear VGSMail users, It has been an honour serving you all over the past 10 years but during the end of the year business review, our parent company has regretably decided to close the service. This is due to the fact the number of users has dwindled over the years and the aging hardware will require further investmemt. The parent company has decided it is not economical to continue to provide the service. We hereby give notice that The VGSMail service will cease on 15-February-2012 and the last credit topup shall be on 14-January-2012. All credit balance over GBP4 will be refunded using payment methods originally used. To submit a refund claim, please email support@sms.vgsmail.com by 28-February-2012. Please use the Login link above to use the service (or the usual WAP/HTTP method) until 15-February-2012. Please note that REFUND will only start to be processed after 15-FEBRUARY-2012 when the final balances are known. You MUST state your name, userid, last payment method used and balance in the email. |
